How long are the training courses?

Each training module’s length varies depending on the topic. Some topics require more in-depth training, where others can be taught relatively quickly.

Do you provide any one-on-one support?

Yes. We are always happy to help guide you through the learning process. If you’re having a hard time understanding any of our training modules, a representive will jump on a call with you to resolve any issues. The timeliness of our responses will depend on your membership type. 

Can my competition buy a membership?

Yes. We believe it’s important to give every practice an equal opportunity to succeed. So we do not limit memberships based on location. The courses and trainings are the same for everyone, but how they are implemented can vary greatly practice to practice. 

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes. Your membership can be canceled at any time if you are paying for the monthly subscription. If you paid for the annual subscription, your membership will expire at the conclusion of your buying cycle. 

Do you offer discounted pricing for anyone?

Yes. We offer discounted pricing to any dental practices that are already members/clients of SynergizeDental or BriteGrin Dental Marketing. If you’d like to work with these companies, please reach out to us and we’d be happy to connect you to the right people. 

How often do you update your courses?

At a minimum, we update the content in our training modules every year. With the marketing landscape constantly changing, it’s critical for us to keep our members up-to-date on all the latest trends and best practices. Any updates that require immediate attention will be addressed as needed. Our members will always receive notifications about these updates. 

How do I get Dental Engine Certified?

It’s simple! All you have to do is watch our training videos and take a comprehensive test when you’ve finished. Anyone that passes the test with a score of 80% or higher will receive their certification.
